Terms of delivery
General information about the online store
The seller of the online store's products is HugAlan Marsut Y-ID 3108589-5. We sell and deliver our products to private individuals of legal age in mainland Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage costs.
Ordering and order confirmation
Products are generally ordered via the internet at https://hugalan-marsut.cms.webnode.fi/verkkokauppa/ via the shopping cart.
The order confirmation is delivered by e-mail, if the subscriber provides an address when placing the order. The order confirmation states the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products.
The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

We process orders on weekdays as quickly as possible after placing the order, but within one week (7 days) at the latest.
For orders worth more than €60, delivery costs €0.
Collection from the warehouse or other agreed place €0
Pick-up from the Pyhäjoki warehouse can be done on Mondays and Wednesdays by prior arrangement. To arrange a pick-up call 045-8047179.
Delivery as Posti Pikkupaketti €4.9/package
The package is delivered directly to your mailbox. The package can hold products weighing a maximum of 2 kg and a maximum thickness of 3 cm. Please note that the small package is distributed among other paper mail, and their delivery time is therefore slightly longer.
Delivery to a Post office or parcel machine €7.90 / package
Select the desired parcel machine or office to which the package will be sent. Please note that sometimes the parcel machine may be full or your package may be so large that it cannot fit in the machine, in which case the post office will take it to the nearest post office. The weight limit for the package is 25 kg. If the weight exceeds this limit, the order will be delivered as several separate packages.
Delivery to the Matkahuolto service point €7.90/package
The nearby package is delivered to the Matkahuolto service point of your choice, which can be Matkahuolto, a Matkahuolto agent, a parcel point (e.g. K-Markets, R-kioskis, Tokmannit and many other companies) or a parcel machine. The weight limit for the package is 35 kg. If the weight exceeds this limit, the order will be delivered as several separate packages.

The package is delivered to your door. The transport company will normally call you within 1-2 business days of your order. Delivery time may vary by region.
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs.
We do not do post-delivery. All products in the order are always sent together. Take this into account, for example, when ordering food that is not immediately in stock.
The online store has a minimum order limit of €10.
Return and exchange policy
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The packaging must also be in salable condition. If the product is not defective or wrong, the customer must pay the postage himself. Only a defective product can be sent free of charge as a customer return, for which you will receive detailed information by email.
If you want to change the product you ordered, you return the order at your own expense and normally order a replacement product. The right of exchange only applies to unused and salable products in their original packaging. The packaging must also be in salable condition.
If the customer returns as a customer return the products for which he should be responsible for returning, €8.50 postage will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Include the following information with the return:
your name, address and phone number
and the return form that comes with the shipping list, in which the requested information is clearly recorded.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return has been approved, the money will be returned to you via the same route from which the payment arrived after receiving and processing the return.
If the total value of the order after the return is below the freight exemption limit, the portion of the postage costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to you, you must report the error immediately to email@example.com.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, it must be reported to the shop immediately.
Returning a defective product is free of charge for the customer. You will receive a customer return ID when you contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there is no fault with the product, but the product is returned for reasons that depend on the customer, the customer must pay the postage himself.
The color shades of the products may vary between lots and differ slightly from the pictures. We do not accept returns due to shades that differ from the pictures.
Canceling the order or not picking it up
Failure to pick up the order is not an accepted cancellation, but the cancellation of the order must always be notified in advance by email to email@example.com. Please note that not picking up the package from the Post or refusing to receive it does not mean a refund. If the customer leaves the package uncollected without notifying the seller, the online store is entitled to collect handling costs from the customer in the amount of the respective postage costs. In practice, this expense is deducted from the amount that is returned to the customer.
If the customer wants the undelivered package to be sent back to him, he must pay the postage costs for the new shipment according to the chosen delivery method.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
